Salt Upgradation

In the realm of traditional salt processing, a meticulous sequence of washing, drying, crushing, and screening unfolds. Through this age-old method, a superior grade of salt emerges, characterized by its pristine white hue and enhanced quality. However, the resulting crystals often retain irregular shapes, sharp edges, and lack optimal free-flowing properties.

Enter the transformative phase of crushing and grinding, a pivotal process that not only eradicates embedded impurities but also endows the salt crystals with uniformity and symmetry. Following this meticulous treatment, impurities are meticulously extracted from the salt crystals, laying the foundation for subsequent drying.

Harnessing the efficacy of this salt washing methodology, a diverse array of products emerges, catering to both industrial applications and human consumption. From culinary essentials like cooking and table salt to various grades of coarse, medium, and fine salt, the spectrum of offerings is vast. Manifesting as brilliant white crystals with consistent size and shape, these salts boast exceptional free-flowing characteristics. With purity levels typically ranging between 99.5% to 99.7%, negligible NaCl losses of approximately 8% to 18%, and minimal moisture content of about 0.05% to 0.2%, the refined salt achieved mirrors the quality of vacuum salt. Remarkably, this achievement is attained at substantially lower production costs, affording producers a generous profit margin.
